This form is for tattoo touch ups only. Touch up appointments usually take no more than 15-30 minutes depending on the piece. Please fill out this form if you want a previous tattoo from me touched up. If you'd like a new tattoo in addition to a touch up, fill out my regular booking form when my books are open and mention the touch up in the notes.
