This form is for tattoo touch ups only. Touch up appointments are usually pretty quick unless we are totally reworking a piece. Please fill out this form if you want a previous tattoo from me touched up. If you'd like a new tattoo in addition to a touch up, fill out my regular booking form and mention the touch up in the notes.
